I am a PhD student at the Institute of Space and Earth Information Science (ISEIS), The Chinese University of Hong Kong, supervised by Prof. Peifeng Ma. I hold an MSci Physics degree from University College London. My research interests span planetary remote sensing, satellite technology, and space technology.
I am interested in combining machine learning with physical insight to interpret planetary observations. My previous work spans sea-ice radar altimetry with Dr. Michel Tsamados at UCL's Centre for Polar Observation and Modelling (CPOM), natural-hazard remote sensing, and astronomical image analysis.
Lyα-anchored photometric selection of candidate metal-free and extremely metal-poor star-forming galaxies, using JWST and Roman filter diagnostics to prioritise targets for spectroscopic follow-up.
Physics-informed and multimodal learning, conditional generative modelling, neural operators, and learning-based inversion for satellite and planetary observations.
Remote Sensing
SAR altimetry, InSAR, Sentinel-1/2/3 data, Pixel Offset Tracking (POT), radar waveform morphology, and physics-informed machine learning.
